### How to Deal with Negative, Low-Vibrational People in Your Life


We all encounter people who seem to drain our energy or bring us down with their negativity. But don’t worry, there are ways to protect your peace and stay grounded while navigating these tough situations.


#### 1. **Set Healthy Boundaries**

One of the best ways to protect yourself is by setting clear boundaries. It’s not always easy, especially if the negative person is close to you, but it's essential to preserve your emotional energy.
